As a Project Management Support Officer, you help keep projects on track. You maintain overview, structure, and continuity, enabling project managers and consultants to focus on content, client interactions, and delivery. You support the administrative and organizational aspects of projects and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supporting project managers with invoicing, expense declarations, and license-related administration
  • Setting up new projects based on agreed terms
  • Assisting with resource planning
  • Handling practical arrangements, such as hotel bookings and project-related events (for example, celebrating a go-live)
  • Translating sales agreements into accurate project contracts
  • Monitoring planning, coordination, and progress of internal projects
  • Supporting meetings by preparing agendas and maintaining action lists
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Highly organized, accurate, and structured
  • Hands-on, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Bachelor (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in consultancy, IT, or project-based organizations is an advantage
  • Experience with invoicing, contract management, and administrative processes
  • Affinity with ERP systems, BI tools, and project software such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Planner
  • A process-oriented mindset with an eye for inconsistencies and optimization opportunities
