NetSuite Solution Architect

A Solution Architect NetSuite designs and delivers scalable ERP solutions that help organizations optimize their business processes. In this role, you work closely with customers, consultants, and sales teams to translate business needs into practical NetSuite solutions. Moreover, you contribute to continuous improvement within both customer projects and internal teams.

As a Solution Architect, you translate customer needs into practical and scalable software solutions. You work in a team of approximately 25 colleagues, including consultants and support staff, and contribute to achieving strong results together.

In addition, you collaborate closely with the sales team. This includes helping shape client solutions, delivering demos and presentations, and contributing to proposals and quotations. Furthermore, you participate in customer projects and actively contribute to process improvements within the team.

You also work with a delivery manager to support the ongoing development of the team. Together, you are responsible for:

  • Coaching ERP consultants within the team
  • Implementing and monitoring initiatives focused on process optimization
  • Designing and implementing competency development programs (such as consultancy or presentation skills) in collaboration with HR
  • Providing insight into team performance based on KPIs defined by management

You are intrinsically motivated to work with the ERP team to deliver high-quality software solutions, excellent service, and satisfied customers.

You bring:

  • At least 7 years of ERP experience, including a minimum of 3 years working with cloud-based ERP solutions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to keeping up with developments in the software and ERP landscape
  • The ability to oversee business processes and application landscapes in order to provide strategic advice to customers
  • Broad knowledge of ERP, IT, and the wholesale and industrial sectors
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, management, key users, IT teams, and suppliers
  • Alignment with values such as competence, autonomy, and collaboration, and the willingness to contribute ideas that strengthen the ERP team
  • A completed higher professional or university-level education
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Availability for at least four days per week, with the option to work partly from home
