What is your role?
As a Project Management Officer, you play a crucial role in supporting ERP and business system implementation projects. You are responsible for coordinating administrative and organizational tasks, helping project teams work efficiently and stay on track. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting project managers with planning, coordination, and progress monitoring
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and reports
- Assisting with meetings, including preparing agendas and action lists
- Monitoring project deadlines and identifying deviations or risks
- Preparing and maintaining overviews such as time registration, budgets, and status updates
Who are you?
- You have an affinity with ERP systems, and experience with enterprise software projects is a plus
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English
- You have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- You enjoy a hands-on way of working and are motivated to improve every day
- You are eager to learn and have a practical, proactive mindset
- You can work well independently as well as in a team
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within project management or administration
