This is not a purely policy-driven role. It requires someone with a background in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity who is comfortable working closely with systems, software, and infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, GDPR, and internal control frameworks in a tech-driven environment, while actively translating these frameworks into practical technical implementations.

You will work closely with compliance, business, development, and data protection stakeholders to ensure that compliance processes are not only documented, but also technically embedded into systems, software, and day-to-day operations.

  • Translating compliance requirements into practical technical controls and procedures
  • Supporting the implementation and management of a company-wide Identity and Access Management system
  • Helping translate compliance frameworks into a structured control matrix with clear ownership and actionable steps
  • Developing technical SOPs to embed compliance policies directly into software processes
  • Supporting audit preparation by assisting with technical requirements
  • Understanding and applying secure software development practices
  • Applying basic network security principles, including segmentation, monitoring, and protection mechanisms
  • Supporting logging, monitoring, and incident detection using tools such as SIEM, IDS, and IPS
  • Working with MDM, endpoint protection, and system administration processes
  • Supporting asset and configuration management to ensure systems are properly inventoried and secured
  • Contributing to vulnerability management, including patching, scanning, and remediation processes
  • Understanding cryptography fundamentals and how they are applied in real systems
  • Supporting operational security processes such as malware protection and system hardening

These focus areas will give you hands-on exposure to how compliance frameworks are implemented in a real-world tech environment.

  • 0–2 years of experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, GDPR, or similar
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems
  • Basic Python scripting or command-line experience
  • Proactive mindset

  • Strong organizational skills
