Are you the Cloud Engineer ready to take the next step and make a difference at our organization? We’d love to hear from you!
Who are we?
We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization specializing in IT consultancy. With teams of experts in Cloud, Data, Security, and Software Development, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. We put our consultants first and focus on fairly distributing revenue among our team.
We Connect.
It is all about our people. They are our most important asset, so we take good care of them by listening and thinking along with them. Our consultants receive 1-on-1 coaching from the very beginning. When they feel comfortable in their own skin, our clients benefit too. You see some colleagues just as often as some family members. Fortunately, we work with the best, and you can even learn a thing or two from them.
We Play.
In our work, we do what we are good at, but above all, what we enjoy, and that leads to results. We work hard for them, but we celebrate perhaps even harder, each in our own way. From annual summer events and holiday parties to ski trips, board games, tastings, and office events — there is something for everyone. And if you feel like something is missing, seize the opportunity to initiate and organize a fun event yourself.
We Go!
After pre-selection, consultants choose for themselves which assignment they want to work on. We offer a training budget and regularly organize in-house knowledge sessions, including food and drinks. Within our compensation structure, the consultant receives 70% of what we invoice. They can leave those negotiations to us.
