As a NetSuite Support Consultant, you help customers improve their NetSuite environments, advise on best practices, and ensure smooth daily operations across their systems and processes. Additionally, you play a key role in identifying opportunities that enhance both efficiency and system performance.

In this role, you work closely with customers to maintain and improve their NetSuite environments. Furthermore, your responsibilities include handling service requests, supporting project-based work, and proactively identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements. As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Create and implement improvement proposals based on customer needs
  • Perform or coordinate implementation tasks within customer NetSuite environments
  • Identify process and system opportunities and discuss them with customers
  • Provide clear documentation and guidance to ensure customer understanding

You will receive structured training, support, and mentorship to get up to speed quickly. To ensure fast onboarding, this includes:

  • Participation in NetSuite Academy training
  • Additional training through an official NetSuite training program
  • A buddy system for hands-on support in your first months

Tools, workshops, and development programs are available, so you can grow both personally and as part of the team. With this support in place, you will soon be able to take on more responsibility and contribute more independently. Consequently, you will be prepared to:

  • Advise customers on best-fit NetSuite solutions
  • Configure and implement your own solutions directly in their environment

You frequently communicate with customers about solutions and configurations. Therefore, strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

  • Adapts communication style to the audience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Provides respectful, customer-focused support
  • Gives valuable and honest advice, even when it differs from the customer’s initial request; as a result, the customer receives the solution they truly need
  • Quickly identifies the core of a process issue
