A NetSuite Support Consultant supports ERP customers by improving processes and delivering practical system solutions. What Will You Do?
First, you work together with your colleagues to deliver high-quality services to ERP customers. In this role, you:
- Draft and implement improvement proposals in the customer’s ERP environment when requested
- Perform and coordinate project-based implementation work
- Proactively identify process and system improvements and discuss these with customers
As a result, customers benefit from more efficient processes and better system usage.
