With a strong background in large-scale flexibility platforms, the team is developing next-generation solutions that help energy companies optimise distributed assets and respond to changing grid demands. The business combines deep sector expertise, advanced technology, and international ambition.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, relationship building, lead generation, and following up on marketing-generated leads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise software to energy retailers. They should also have a solid understanding of energy flexibility, Virtual Power Plants, and energy asset aggregation and optimisation.

  • 5+ years in a business development role
  • Strong new business development, sales, and commercial skills
  • Relationship building and lead generation expertise
  • Experience using MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology to drive the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales activity and achieve targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and market trends preferred, but not essential
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management
  • CRM and Google Workspace proficiency
  • Uncapped bonus structure with a 50/50 split
