Senior SAP Finance Consultant
Looking for your next Senior SAP Finance Consultant opportunity? We are hiring an experienced consultant to support SAP finance transformation projects across Europe. This Senior SAP Finance Consultant role is ideal for professionals with strong SAP S/4HANA and FI/CO knowledge who want to work on complex implementation, rollout, testing, and go-live activities in an international consulting environment.

As a recognized SAP partner, we operate globally with offices across multiple regions and support hundreds of clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
To strengthen our regional team, we are currently looking for a Senior SAP Finance Consultant to join one of our European offices.
The Role
The successful candidate will join the delivery team and take an active role in SAP Finance implementation and roll-out projects, primarily involving:
- SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or On-Premise)
- SAP Business ByDesign
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis workshops with finance leaders, managers, and key users
- Design SAP Finance solutions and prepare solution design / functional specification documents
- Perform SAP FI/CO configuration and customization
- Manage integrations with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and CO
- Support testing phases, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
- Coordinate the Finance stream within complex implementation projects
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support
The role involves direct interaction with regional and international clients and participation in structured digital transformation projects.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public, Private, or On-Premise) or SAP Business ByDesign
- Strong knowledge of key Finance processes, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Financial Closing & Reporting
- Solid functional analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage project streams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related fields
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel when required
